1. INTRODUCTION
CashMode ("CashMode," "we," "us," or "our") offers digital services that enable users to earn rewards by participating in various activities within the CashMode mobile application (the "App"). These offerings are collectively referred to as the "Services." By accessing or interacting with our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
2. DATA USAGE & CONSENT
By using CashMode, you expressly agree to the processing and transfer of the following data categories:
  • Installed applications on your device (including usage duration and history)
  • In‑app activity data (clicks, engagement, session history)
  • Registration information (IP address, Device ID, PayPal email)
  • Location information (precise and approximate)
  • Camera access (for selfie‑based verification)
  • Notification permissions (to deliver reward updates)
  • Survey responses (name, address, date of birth)
  • Personalized advertising data (cookies, advertising identifiers)
  • Attribution data (User Agent, AD ID, Device ID)
This data allows CashMode to verify your playtime, process secure PayPal payments, prevent fraudulent activity, and optimize the overall user experience. All device identifiers are encrypted before being sent to our servers.
3. LEGAL AGREEMENT & ELIGIBILITY
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and CashMode.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
  • No Employment: CashMode is not an employer; use of the App does not constitute an employment relationship.
  • Compliance: You agree to follow all local laws and regulations.
  • Liability: You acknowledge that CashMode is not liable for your use of the Services and waive the right to participate in class-action claims against us.
4. PROHIBITED USER CONDUCT
To maintain a fair environment, you agree NOT to:

5. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
CashMode reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted within the App and on our website (cashmode.pro) with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App's content, features, and underlying technology are the exclusive intellectual property of CashMode. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTIES
  • "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided without warranties of any kind regarding uptime, accuracy, or suitability.
  • Payouts: Rewards can be requested via PayPal once all eligibility requirements are met. We reserve the right to delay or deny payouts in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or policy violations.
  • Indemnification: You agree to hold CashMode and its partners harmless from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the platform.
8. REWARDS & COMPLIANCE
  • Users must strictly follow the specific instructions for each offer or survey to qualify for rewards.
  • Our rewards program is designed to comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.
  • Taxes on any earnings are the sole responsibility of the user according to their local jurisdiction.
